New Paddlers Day - 16 October 2010!

Mavericks are holidng a special day to introduce you to Dragon Boating. Come down to Bank Street and we'll show you what it is all about. The cost is $10 and make sure you come a bit earlier than 8am so you can fill out a details form.

We train on the water starting from underneath Anzac Bridge (Bank Street) in Pyrmont, Sydney (scroll down for map). It's a good idea to bring a water bottle, a towel, shoes that can get wet and an extra t-shirt to change into after training. We often head for a coffee at the local cafe after the session.

For more information contact Jodie on info@mavsdb.com.

A Welcome Message from the Coach

Hi there!

Dragon Boating is a fun and social sport that will keep you fit and trim, and help you to meet fun, like minded fit people. The only way to find out what it is all about is to give it a go.

At Mavericks our aim is to keep the social and competitve balance right so that you can have fun, but also strive to meet yours and the teams goals. Coming to a regatta is the best way to get that adrenalin rush of racing with your team mates. It will show you what it is all about.

We hope to see you down at Bank Street soon!
